Complaints and disputes should be directed to PayPal and other parties involved in processing the transaction.

No Cart is not to be used to offer items or services that are illegal to sell online, in the United States, or the territory the transaction takes place. No Cart does not promote or endorse any item or user on the No Cart service.

No Cart reserves the right to remove or suspend any listing without prior notice and reserves the right to change the terms of this agreement. By using the No Cart service you accept these terms of service and hereby release No Cart, its owners, agents, and employees of any and all claims, demands, and damages resulting from use of the service.
